Refund Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services offered by Nutricop Health and Wellness Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, India, having its registered office at C-9 Bunglow road, adarsh nagar, New Delhi, Delhi – 110033, India.
The Company operates under the brand names Nutricop.
By purchasing or subscribing to any Service, You agree to the terms set forth in this Policy.
Due to the personalized and digital nature of the Services, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.
Nature of Services
Nutricop provides personalized digital wellness and nutrition coaching services, consultations, structured programs, educational content, and related digital resources.

At Nutricop, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible service. We understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to request a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the conditions under which refunds are granted.
Refund Eligibility
No Refund Policy
Refunds are only available for our FitFuse/Weight Management Plan (only for weight loss). To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- Request Within One Month: Refund requests must be submitted within one month of the original payment date.
- Submission of Meal Pictures: Clients must regularly submit meal pictures as per the plan guidelines so that we know diet plan is being followed properly. Failure to provide meal pictures for more than Four days in total may void the refund eligibility.
- Consultation with Dietitian: Clients must consult with our dietitian regarding their weight loss goals. If the agreed-upon goals are not achieved within the specified time frame, a refund may be initiated.
All payments made for consultations, personalized programs, coaching services, or digital resources are generally non-refundable once service delivery has commenced.
Service delivery shall be deemed to have commenced upon the earliest of:
- Booking of a consultation session
- Submission of health assessment or intake forms
- Preparation or sharing of a customized plan
- Access being granted to paid digital content
- Participation in a coaching session
Once Service delivery has commenced, no refunds shall be issued except in cases expressly stated below.
Refund Process
Exceptions
A refund may be considered only in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate transaction due to technical error
- Incorrect charge caused solely by a verified system malfunction
- Failure of the Company to deliver the purchased Service without user fault
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the transaction date. The Company reserves the right to investigate the request before approval.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days through the original mode of payment.
Please note that refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- Refund requests made after the one-month eligibility period.
- Failure to provide meal pictures as per the plan guidelines for more than four days.
- Refund requests made without consulting our dietitian or without setting weight loss goals.
- Change of mind or personal preference.
- Non-compliance with program guidelines or failure to adhere to the prescribed diet and exercise plan.
- Individual variations in response to the program, including but not limited to medical conditions or genetic factors.
- Failure to provide accurate documentation or follow-up information as requested by our team.
Subscription Cancellation
If You have enrolled in a recurring subscription:
- You may cancel at any time through Your account dashboard or by contacting support.
- Cancellation applies only to future billing cycles.
- No partial or pro-rated refunds will be provided for unused portions of the current billing period.
Failure to cancel before the next billing date may result in automatic renewal and charge.
Digital Content
Where access to digital materials, guides, videos, or downloadable content has been granted, such purchases are non-refundable due to the immediate nature of digital delivery.
Consultation Rescheduling
Consultations may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ prior notice.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled consultation may result in forfeiture of that session without refund.
Non-Attendance
Failure to attend scheduled sessions without prior notice shall not entitle You to a refund.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting the Company for resolution may result in immediate suspension of Your Account and Services.
The Company reserves the right to dispute any unjustified chargeback.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Policy limits any statutory rights available under applicable consumer protection laws. Where local laws mandate a refund right, such provisions shall prevail to the extent required.
Modifications
The Company reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised date.
Cancellation Policy
Program enrollments may be cancelled before the consultation or program onboarding begins. Once the consultation has been completed and the personalised program has started, cancellations are not permitted.
