Refund Policy

At Nutricop, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible service. We understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to request a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the conditions under which refunds are granted.
Refunds are applicable only to individuals who have diligently followed our program guidelines and have not achieved the minimum weight loss commitment as outlined during the initial consultation.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available for our FitFuse/Weight Management Plan (only for weight loss). To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  1. Request Within One Month: Refund requests must be submitted within one month of the original payment date.
  2. Submission of Meal Pictures: Clients must regularly submit meal pictures as per the plan guidelines so that we know diet plan is being followed properly. Failure to provide meal pictures for more than Four days in total may void the refund eligibility.
  3. Consultation with Dietitian: Clients must consult with our dietitian regarding their weight loss goals. If the agreed-upon goals are not achieved within the specified time frame, a refund may be initiated.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our team and provide the necessary details, including your order information and reasons for the refund request. Our team will review your request and may require additional information or documentation. If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions

Please note that refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Refund requests made after the one-month eligibility period.
  • Failure to provide meal pictures as per the plan guidelines for more than four days.
  • Refund requests made without consulting our dietitian or without setting weight loss goals.
  • Change of mind or personal preference.
  • Non-compliance with program guidelines or failure to adhere to the prescribed diet and exercise plan.
  • Individual variations in response to the program, including but not limited to medical conditions or genetic factors.
  • Failure to provide accurate documentation or follow-up information as requested by our team.
